The more limbs you have on the ground, the more stable you'll feel.
This applies to more than the end of a balancing routine in yoga class last night.
Stability — feels good, right?
It does!—it's totally appealing, especially when tired, or stressed.
But, when you're moving forward, when you're reaching, trying something new, maybe building something new, the more limbs you have on the ground, the harder it is to move.

What are you looking to do?
What would increase your range of motion?
Does it need to feel good?
